Karottensuppe trifft Meerestier


Heute musste ich meine 1,3kg Möhren verarbeiten und hatte mich für dieses Rezept bei chefkoch.de entschieden. Und es ist so gut, dass ihr es auch probieren müsst. Mit Weißwein, Dill und Zitrone. Die (Bio-)Garnelen habe ich angebraten. Sau lecker! Probiert es =)


Today I had to cook my 1,3kg of carrots and thus I decided to follow this recipe. This was a great decision, you have to try it! Okay, I’ll translate it for you:

The ingredients (for 4 persons):

1 onion, diced
500g of carrots, diced
750ml of vegetable stock or meet broth
125ml of white wine
125ml of Crème Fraîche / cream
Salt and pepper
Lemon juice
150g of prawns (or whatever)
1 bunch of dill, diced

Take the onions and the carrots and steam them a little while. Infuse the stock/broth and let it cook for 15min. Purée it and add the cream and the white whine to let it cook further 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, cayenne and lemon juice. Prepare the prawns or simply add them for heating them. That’s it. It’s so good! Try it! =)
